Ordered a turbo for my 09 wrx, paid for overnight shipping, nothing showed up after 48 hours so I called....waited on hold for no joke a hour and a half.....the lady was nice and spoke english and informed me that there was no reason my order shouldnt have been shipped out yet and she would send an email to the shipping department and it will be here the following day....i didnt recieve it for another 3 days and it wasnt even the right turbo! Luckily I was able to swap the inlet housing from my old turbo and made it work....... read more
I purchased a part online and I received it 3 weeks later! I called many times to ask for information about it. Over many calles I spent hours on the phone..... never to be able to talk to a real person. Then finally I got a real person and....he hung up on me. I wrote several emails to no avail until I finally got a notice saying the part was.... on back order but they didn't state this when I bought it! "No "turbo pros" at this business. I have had 2 turbos from this place and they both failed in less than 300 miles. Different engines, different cars. Talked with Fred on the phone and he seemed to have little experience, Cody his manager would not make an exception as the warranty was up only a few weeks ago and they were out of stock. Great way to lose a repeat customer. FIND ANOTHER BUSINESS THIS ONE IS NOT FOR YOU!!! Also spent 50 minutes on hold, only to be turned away. They could make it right...but my guess is they wo... read more

"I'll make this short. You guys owe me around 4k in labor costs. Each turbo they sent had more play in it than a **** stars ****. Do not buy a turbo from these guys. They are quick to take your money and quick to take hours to answer the phones and then act like it's not there problem when the turbo was poorly put together. This happened on more than two occasions. Do yourself a favor and buy a **** used one off Ebay or something. These guys are a joke and will leave you disappointed and very **** off. "I bought turbos from this website thinking wow that’s a good deal. They sent me the wrong turbos, THEN they wouldn’t let me return them, wouldn’t let me make a claim and will not answer their customer service phones for two months. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM "

"So I bought a brand new Turbo from these guys months back. I was pretty excited to get my newly rebuilt car back on the road. Well after I installed their Turbo, about 20 miles into driving around not boosting or doing anything incorrect for the break in process i I started to hear a slight whistling sound coming from the exhaust. And this only happened whenever I would give it a little bit of gas to get into the next gear and so on and so forth. "Worst place to buy from. Takes hours to get anyone on the phone. Returns take more than a month. I bought a stock turbo from these guys and had a performance shop install it. The turbo didn't make it 50 miles tell it was screaming from the walls being scraped. So I returned it and got another one. It did the same thing. I spent over 4k in fees to the shop and this **** place didn't reimburse me for wasting my time and money. They are right about there product fitting and that's about it.
