Got wrong item now I need to return this.
I am reading Turbo chargerpros.com as a one star because they have yet to return any of my email contacts. Their customer service in my experience on this particular purchase is some of the worst I’ve ever seen and I am almost 60 years old so I’ve seen some terrible Customer Service in my day. I cannot get them to answer me. I cannot get them to contact me. I have sent multiple requests for information regarding an order and have received nothing in return Terrible communication effort on their part.
I paid more to have my item shipped next Day Air then I did for the item itself and now 3 days later guess what I still do not have I don't even have updates on where the heck my package is at

Ordered a left and right turbo kit for 3.5l Ecoboost. Positives: recieved order quickly Parts seems to be good quality Negatives: Instead of sending me a right and left turbo, they sent me TWO RIGHT TURBOS. When I called to initiate the exchange, they said theres nothing we can due as our systems are down. Try back tomorrow. It has been 5 days and they still are down and keep saying there is "nothing we can do at this time." Ill never order from this place again.
I received a turbo from these people that had EXCESSIVE bearing play and as soon as I had installed it (I decided to try it anyway) it immediately shot oil out of every seal. I tried 3 times to contact them to return it as it had a warranty and I ended up getting a different turbo, but they had completely ghosted me, and will not let me warranty/return this turbo
You don’t offer a hardware kit when buying a full turbo kit
