Received my package of turbocharger and did not see anything labeled as "installation kit". I tried emailing the email provided to me but the email kept bouncing back to me saying their mailbox was full and the delivery failed, and each time I called it went to voicemail. After not being able to reach the service department, I contacted the sales department to see if they could transfer me through or help at all and as soon as I connected to someone he said "I only deal with sales" and HUNG UP on me. I was informed on 04/02/20 a refund check for $749.39 would be sent to us the next day (Friday 04/03/20). Today is 04/10/20 and I just spent 30 minutes on hold to be informed that our $749.39 refund check would now be sent out 04/16/20!!! Are you kidding me? Needless to say our business will never buy a part from Turbo Charger Pros!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE 04/21/2020 STILL NO $749.39 REFUND CHECK IN THE MAIL!!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE 04/22/2020 STILL NO $749.39 REFUND CHECK IN THE MAIL! MUST BE COMING FROM PONY EXPRESS!

Sold me an extra install kit for no good reason. I don't need two. Extra $11 that I didn't have to spend. They don't understand that a 100% disabled Veteran in Oklahoma does not pay sales tax. Sent them my tax exempt card several times. I won't be doing business with them again!

Buyer beware, this company has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire professional career. I called to ask a simple question about a turbocharger I purchased trying to verify fitment for a particular vehicle. At first their representative tried to accommodate my questions without prevail, when I asked to speak to her direct supervisor she said that would not be possible as they were busy. I offered to take their name an number and try calling back (she said I would not get them on the phone)... read more

My previous review was unfair, despite all i put up with in my experience, they always responded quickly and i was given a full refund for the turbo.

The turbo got lost in the mail, which may not be their fault, but I've now waited over a month for it and despite them being out of stock now they don't seem remotely interested in making any effort to get one delivered to me. My old turbo is on its last leg, i have a big trip coming up and I'm absolutely fed up with this terrible lack of customer support. I'd give negative 5 stars for all the stress this has caused me if i could. Pathetic.

I ordered a turbo from them and there was no give them my resale number so I didn't have to pay tax. I tried their order line (they answer) and was told only customer service could do that. I was on hold for a half hour and went from 24th in line to 20th! Tried at a different time (since they were "experiencing a high volume of calls" I was 27th in line! I am still on hold after 45 minutes and now down to 17th. What if I have a warranty problem. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered new turbos for my 2014 Ford Explorer Sport. I wanted to get Stigan turbos for both, but they didn’t have a Stigan R/H turbo. So, I went with their brand. Had them installed at my shop only to have an unused coolant port leak on the TurboCharger Pros brand turbo, the Stigan was perfect. I made a warranty claim, paid a $250 deposit to get another turbo sent ASAP. The 2 nd turbo leaked at the same coolant port.
