After inputting all the information to purchase the item and your order form would not let me input the ship to city, Jayson could only tell me to use another browser. IF the browser is not supported by your team then that information should be posted to switch even before searching for the item. Also old eyes have a hard time to read only slightly contrasting letters from their background.
I ordered a throttle body Friday for Saturday delivery. Never received shipping information. Called Monday for a refund. Still haven't received confirmation about the refund.
The turbo I ordered had off-centered holes machines. By the time my mechanic was able to get to replacing the turbo on my vehicle, the 2 week return policy was over. Customer service refused to allow my return for a refund. They said even if the 2 weeks was up, the part has already been "installed". I argued that if it won't bolt on, it isn't installed. She kept telling me I was wrong, and that their "definition" of installed is different than mine.

After installing the turbo the truck would not run. The turbo would not seal. I had so much blow back into the cylinders that the truck would not hold any pressure therefore causing codes and very hard starting conditions. I would like a call on Monday the 1st of July to see what can be done. The turbo itself may have a crack in it but will not know until it is off again. The turbo wheel is and was, out of the box, loose and sloppy and is the problem. My # is ***-***-****. This is a problem. Thank You, Craig Toulouse

I needed turbo next day I picked and paid extra fee Turbo arrived 3 days later at 5:30 pm. Had to postpone trip.lost two days fees at resort. Ups was no help either. Stated seller did schedule until day after purchase. I order at 1 pm. There time to get expedited. Will never use them again and have told friend not to his turbo from them. He bought from another source and had next day. Turbo itself looked good quality and was packaged. 5 stars for product Zero for CS and their shipping. Therefore the 2 star rating.
At first glance everything appeared fantastic. Supplied banjo bolt does not go with supplied turbo. Too bad since oil flow looked better.
Tracking info says delivered but nothing has arrived..
