I emailed the company asking for tracking information and surprisingly i received a reply the same day within hours with tracking information etc. I received the turbo with an upgraded diverter valve and replaced the blown turbo in my car with ease. Ordered a 500.00 dollar turbo on a two day delivery. Checked back day after it should have arrived. Some how they did not get my credit card processed completely. Got that fixed and my part was to be shipped. Two days later my package arrived and instead of my turbo there is two shock absorbers in the box. I sent an email to customer service that day. have not received a reply from them. The next morning still no response. I ordered another turbo with overnight shipping because my customer is now livid. Finally got in touch ... read more
