"Your company did an excellent job of getting the turbo out to me over night, however Fed-Ex failed to deliver on time, which was not your fault. I was pleased with your response time, however will request UPS delivery next time."

I emailed the company asking for tracking information and surprisingly i received a reply the same day within hours with tracking information etc. I received the turbo with an upgraded diverter valve and replaced the blown turbo in my car with ease. Had it for overnight it didn’t do it and customer service was no help at all!
I paid for 2 day delivery and it has been 4 days and no delivery, what is the problem
Ordered a 500.00 dollar turbo on a two day delivery. Checked back day after it should have arrived. Some how they did not get my credit card processed completely. Got that fixed and my part was to be shipped. Two days later my package arrived and instead of my turbo there is two shock absorbers in the box. I sent an email to customer service that day. have not received a reply from them. The next morning still no response. I ordered another turbo with overnight shipping because my customer is now livid. Finally got in touch ... read more
No turbos and I am already being asked for a review. Tracking shows little movement and I am not sure if this is a legit deal now.
Paid for 2nd day air and the only thing I’ve received thus far is gaskets =(… Tracking number provided for turbo says delivered the 4th of March in HERBON, Kentucky!!! WTF!?! That is a far cry from the address provided and billed to in Michigan!
