Just want to thank Superior Garage Doors for getting to my house within 20 minutes of me calling! I shut my garage door, came in the house and heard a big bang! The spring broke on my garage door therefore I couldn’t get out to go to Crossguard. I couldn’t raise it manually because it is a heavy door. I have to be at Crossguard by 2:20. I called, they came, they repaired and all with one hour!!! In my experience, this is the norm for this company. When we were researching who to use for a garage door opener replacement, we kept seeing Josh’s name in a lot of the reviews. It influenced our decision to go with Superior, and we were pleased to learn that Josh was going to be our installer. As hoped, Josh did a great job with our install. He’s very detailed and particular about how each step of the process looks. We were very pleased with Josh and Superior!

We called today to have a garage door looked at that we were having issues with and someone was out within an hour and had my problem fixed within 3 hours. The guy who came out and was very honest and knowledgeable and explained everything and had us a quote and answered all our questions.
