I went in with trepidation over buying my first "new" car, but was quickly put at ease with the friendly manner of sales man Kevin Powell. His sense of humor unleashed my own and I was instantly comfortable. The process of buying a car was quick, easy and effortless. Went to this dealership because of their internet attendant. Was introduced to Kevin Powell & it was the easiest car experience I ever had. I was purchasing a car for my mother (several other car dealerships had turned her away). Kevin & Tom helped me find the perfect car for my mom and at the right price! I went into the dealership on this day with low expectations. Quite frankly, I was expecting to walk out. However, Justin Young was the salesman that dealt with me that day and he did everything right. He was nice and personable and didn't have a hint of the stereotypical slimey car salesman vibe. Sorry do not remember the manager or finance managers name. My wife and I walked in just looking not planning on buying anything (we left our trade in at home). As we were looking Brian came out and talked to us and with in a couple hours we were driving off in a used low milage Kia Soul. The entire experiance was great did not feel presured to buy, everyone we dealt with worked with us for the payments we wanted. Hi, I gave this review because working with Justin was wonderful. He was very open and honest and so friendly. He kept you interested, and laughing and made you feel so comfortable. He answered all questions, made sure i was satisfied with my purchase and showed me all the things inside the car and how to operate the vehicle. I was very pleased with the professionalism, friendliness, and cleanliness of Shadeland KIA. More importantly I was very impressed with how the staff was interested in my story (why I was looking for a car and needed a car). I want to let anyone looking for a vehicle to go by and ask for The Nutty Professor Kevin Powell. Kevin came out and walked with me. I was just looking while my old Kia was being serviced. We walked and talked. Before long we were test driving and doing paperwork. There was no pressure and im glad i came in for the oil change and Kevin came outside. If he hadn't asked i wouldn't be driving a brand new Kia. thanks again Kevin. You are a great salesman.

I came to the dealership based on a recommendation from my sister. The sales agent she had was not available, so I saw Justin instead. Justin spent a lot of time with me that day figuring out what I really wanted. I drove 4 different cars and he never got frustrated with me. He was very responsive to my needs and I felt when I walked out that day, I was getting a car that I would stay in for many years to come and return to the dealership later (I had my last car for 9 years).
