Buying my first car I was very nervous and went to the dealership with every intention on just looking. Justin was awesome and very helpful in showing us exactly what we wanted. Kent was awesome too. They both made my experience comfortable and all around great! Very good people to work with. I love my new car and I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Buying my first car, I had called around a lot to different dealerships. Kia Shadeland was very helpful and willing to negotiate pricing. The whole process took a long time, however not due to the salesmen - it was the insurance that took forever. I recommend this dealership, and love my new car!

The staff was pleasant to work with and not only work extremely hard to get me to within five dollars of my target price on the exact vehicle I wanted, they also came to me with options to purchase a more expensive, larger vehicle, that I previously considered out of my price range, with a lower monthly payment that the vehicle I planned to purchase.
