I went in with a couple of cars picked out. Tom was great. Looked them up, set up the test drive and that was it. The deal was made. I love my car!!! Thank you!!
Ralph came highly recommended by a friend who has purchased from him almost annually for years, and understandably so. We found Ralph to be friendly, fair, and wanting to satisfy our needs, which he did. We liked the one-call, one-visit, no-hassle aspect of the transaction, too. Additionally, we appreciate Skillman's support of our schools, and we want to give our business to one with such community spirit.
Car buying is stressful but Kevin made it easy to find the car that suited my needs. My only problem was no car booklet in the car but I'm sure one will be sent.
Service department is top-notch and the service managers are very efficient and friendly people that work at doing all they can for the customer and do it with a genuine smile.
I had leased a Kia before and wanted to continue too. However none of the dealerships I went to would work within my price range. I called the dealership on my lunch on a Wednesday and told them that if they could get me the car that I wanted within my budget I would drive away with it that day. Kevin went to bat for me and 6 hours later when I was out of work I went right to the dealership and picked up my new car.
Fred Graham was more than helpful, friendly, and informative. My overall experience at Ray Skillman was an excellent one. I am more than pleased with my new car.
As a first time buyer, this was a very smooth process to go through. I absolutely love my new Kia; and, although it took an extra day for service, I know it will be worth it!
Shelly went above and beyond to help me get an appt. I truly enjoyed working with her and Adam on the purchase of my 2012 Kia Soul. I have to admit that I was not excited when the vehicle was brought to the front for a test drive but after driving this vehicle, I was in love. Lotta get up and go and I did not feel pressured to buy at that moment. Hats off to Shelly and Adam for their great customer service.
Gave Tom my details of what I was looking for and within a very short time he had the deal on the desk and all within two hours I had a 2014 KIA Sorento with the options that I ask for!
