Fred walked up to us as soon as we got out of our car at Shadeland Kia. He asked what could he do for us, and we told him what we were looking for. He was friendly and down to earth, he did not pressure us into something we did not want; we would have left if he had. This is the 2nd car I have bought with Ray Skillman Kia and Justin Young. Justin is great to work with! I made several trips to the dealership because I was so indecisive and not sure if I was ready to commit to another new car.
