This auto purchasing experience was excellent. Fred Graham was very friendly, knowledegable, helpful, and understanding throughout the auto selection and purchasing process. He listened and reacted to our needs. We purchased a vehicle and felt like it was the right thing to do because the conditiions were explained, our questions answered and no pressure was used to influence our decision.

Customer service is why I returned to the Ray Skillman Dealership to purchase another Kia. Rich was very knowledgeable and helpful when showing the upgraded features on my newly purchased used vehicle. I appreciate the professionalism and outstanding customer service I recieved. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. First I bought my car in 2 hours flat, from time walking into door to time leaving to go home. This was a no hassle car sales. I will tell my friends that Ray Skillman Kia gives fast, good and very friendly service. I had a few things car needed, they gave me a rental car and I picked up my new van (used) on Saturday, freshly vaccumm, clean and ready to go. Thanks for a great experience, I will see you back in a few years to buy a new car this time.

I have purchased several cars in my lifetime and I can honestly say this was one of my best experiences. Believe it or not it was my 85 year old mother getting a new car. She chose the Kia Soul! It was secretly my pick for the smaller size, ease to get in and out of, safety and the price. Fred Graham was our salesperson. He took the time and patience needed when dealing with a senior. Mr. Allinson in the sales department answered my many questions and was able to secure a deal that satisfied me. Mr. Elliott checked in with us on multiple occasions to make sure I was satisfied. Mr. Bolling in the finance department worked hard to get me the financing I wanted. Other personnel were very friendly and helpful whenever I called or stopped by.

For the most part, it was a great experience. I asked a question about additional fees and was told about one but found out about a second when finalizing the price. The final paperwork was to fast and not fully explained. Had to go back another time for full explanation. The dealer dealt with both issues to my satisfaction, which I appreciated.
