I felt very comfortable the entire time that I was at the dealership and i felt no pressure at all to do anything. All of the information that I needed regarding keeping my old car or leasing a brand new one was presented clearly and in a way that was not pushing me in either direction. This is our third vehicle purchase from this dealership and my next purchase also. They have met all of our needs both with the friendly service [not over bearing in your face sales approach] and doing their best to stay close to our budget. We never felt pressured. I AM GIVING THIS RATING BECAUSE JUSTIN WAS EXCELLENT...HE DIDN'T STOP UNTIL HE FOUND THE RIGHT CAR JUST FOR ME. NOT ONLY DID HE OFFER GREAT SERVICE, HE MADE SURE THE CAR WAS AFFORDABLE FOR ME AND WAS ONE OF THE CARS OF MY CHOICE AS WELL. AND I ALSO WAS REFFERED TO HIM FROM ONE OF MY COWORKERS, AND NOW I CAN REFER HIM TO OTHERS BECAUSE I WAS ALSO GIVEN GREAT SERVICE.
My husband and I were looking for a Kia Optima and a newer used used car. We ended up buying a 2014 Kia Optima in the color I liked, and my husband found a 2005 Pontiac Bonneville. We chose Ray Skillman because they have several car lots and a huge inventory. I had called ahead and informed the dealership what I was looking for. We were meet by Kevin Powell who was waiting for our arrival. He already had cars for us to look at, so it cut down on time. I would definitely recommend Ray Skillman for your future car purchase.
