I went in to look at a new car, just looking. The new car I liked was a little too small for my son in the back seat. Mike Hindelang walked with my husband, me and our 7 year old son for about 45 minutes. He never pressured us once and didn't make us feel like we were wasting his time. This was one of those rare ocassions where the right car was the right price, there was no-haggle, no hassle, no pressure to buy extra's, no back and forth with the hidden manager, just a nice easy deal that made me quite happy.
After we purchased the car, I contacted them to order something and they never followed through. Very disappointed.

I took my car in for an oil change (with an appointment). Four hours later, since I didn’t hear anything from anyone, I called them only to find they hadn’t even touched the car yet. So I picked up the car to take it elsewhere. I spoke with the manager who was unapologetic and debated with me. Unfortunately it wasn’t a good experience.

I was sold a car with a bust driver door lock. Very to Shocking to learn that this was not repaired before the car was sold to someone.
