Service department is a joke Service department is terrible. Jennifer in service makes excuses and pawns you off to others. Brought in for a front end alignment and she says ?it?s tire pull?. Doesn?t seem to want to help or diagnose the problem first.

The person who attended me when I left the truck was The person who attended me when I left the truck was great. The day I picked up the truck, I asked if there was water and a girl was very nice and started asking for me if they had any water bottles left, she aske a man that was sitting across from her and did not acknowledge her at all. She asked him again and he simply shook his head and kept playing with his cell phone. He was very rude if you ask me… She apologized for his rudeness and found me a water bottle.

I was pleased to find the car I wanted but was not happy I was pleased to find the car I wanted but was not happy when I felt like I was forced to stay when I asked for my keys back to my old vehicle I felt pressured and uneasy…!

THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! The worst customer service ever .. I went to get service for my truck and they told me I need to have appointment which I understand and I made my appointment for next day but when I walking back to my car I hear the next customer don’t have appointment and they take him anyway when I talk to the David the assistant manager the situation got worse because he was very very rude he don’t listen when I tried to explain my issue he don’t even care he just said if you want to escalate this you j... read more

I understand the market the way it is today and I did not... I understand the market the way it is today and I did not mind paying a markup. They marked up the car 6,000 over the 63,000 that the car was gone for sale for. And then they added a theft and a protection package both adding up to another 6,000 I said 100 times I didn’t want!!! And they would not remove it! Said that’s how they mark the vehicle up. For a total of 12,000 in markups!! I think this is taking advantage of people during a pandemic. I am disappointed because not only did I overpay for the... I am disappointed because not only did I overpay for the car, I also paid a ridiculous interest rate. On the Chevy website the interest rate says 1.9% (I have excellent credit) and would have made a significant difference to my payment. I will now search to refinance. Feel taken advantage of.:( The salesman was very personable and helpful. Finance,,,,skeptical.

In addition to my previous statement, MK Smith never... In addition to my previous statement, MK Smith never returned my driver's license as promised by Mike Prieto. And the contract is fraudulent, because it states cash price for vehicle is $72,100 but I paid exactly $83,000. This dealer is hiding something in the contract, but I can't say what they are up to, so be careful when buying from them. These reviews are not prompt by them or they aren't paying attention.

Shady financial/sales team. After reviewing my contract,... Shady financial/sales team. After reviewing my contract, they included warranties and packages without my knowledge. Over $7k worth and I'm not talking about dealer mark ups and the other ridiculous add ons they already included. I cant trust them now and I'm paying for it dearly.
