It kind of came as an unwelcome surprise as we started negotiating the final sales price.

There were several mis-leading "tricks" and it took me There were several mis-leading "tricks" and it took me the entire day to make a deal. They wanted to force me to buy a tracking device for the vehicle for 1400.00 when I refused, they let me leave and then called and apologized. In order to get the deal I wanted I had to finance the vehicle, they preferred that over a cash offer. Weird day.
Sales manager and assistant sales manager, Edmond and Sales manager and assistant sales manager, Edmond and Rafael, promise a lot and deliver little. We called Rafael several times, over 10 times, and by the end, he wouldn't even answer the phone. We were promised two plastic pieces to cover holes on a truck bed that we didn't see the night we purchased the truck. Still waiting on those pieces and it's been well over two months. Horrible Experience!! I came to look at a vehicle at MK Chevrolet and was given the run around regarding pricing for the vehicle. They told me they would be upfront and transparent with me all the while they were trying to find every way to use up my down payment and up the price tag on the vehicle I was interested in.
