I was pleased with Maery she very nice and helpful. I was pleased with Maery she very nice and helpful. I was not happy with the experience after she handed me off to a closer. They try and wear you down by keeping you for 4 plus hours. I didn’t end fipurchase the car but I was not happy with the process. The finance dept was fine not pushy. I will never go back

I was informed that the front-end damage would be I was informed that the front-end damage would be repaired on the vehicle before I signed the documents. However, the front-end damage was not fully repaired. I was also told that a bedliner would be installed in the truck, but it wasn't. I even offered to pay for the bedliner myself.
Very disappointed! Very disappointed!!! Signed contract to make payment on 31st. Money taken out of my account on 23rd. Account is now negative for the weekend.. called dealership at 9:30 am and 5 hours later received a call stating I could pick up a check. Already out of town! This mistake put me in a bad spot until the 1st.
