Probably the worst dealership in California - j caught Probably the worst dealership in California - j caught the tech using wooden blocks on my 2024 corvette & said he didn’t have any lifting pucks & took apart the hole trunk to add 11 quart of transmission fluid- just to find out that he never removed the airbox to add the fluid & charge me for 13 quarts & ended up going to the side of transmission instead - cutting corners & damaged the lower molding on my corvette with the hoist because of not using proper lifting pucks ... read more

I will never recommend this place to anyone I know. I will never recommend this place to anyone I know. I was sold a Lemon that I had to figure out on my own. This was suspension on the shocks when I mentioned of the bumpy ride I was told it was that I had it in sport mode by of course the sales man all care about was his sale car was constantly moving to the right..It was weird for me to believe because it was a Cadillac Escalade they should have a smooth ride. I was pleased with Maery she very nice and helpful. I was pleased with Maery she very nice and helpful. I was not happy with the experience after she handed me off to a closer. They try and wear you down by keeping you for 4 plus hours. I didn’t end fipurchase the car but I was not happy with the process. The finance dept was fine not pushy. I will never go back

I was informed that the front-end damage would be I was informed that the front-end damage would be repaired on the vehicle before I signed the documents. However, the front-end damage was not fully repaired. I was also told that a bedliner would be installed in the truck, but it wasn't. I even offered to pay for the bedliner myself.

Very disappointed! Very disappointed!!! Signed contract to make payment on 31st. Money taken out of my account on 23rd. Account is now negative for the weekend.. called dealership at 9:30 am and 5 hours later received a call stating I could pick up a check. Already out of town! This mistake put me in a bad spot until the 1st.
