I both a car but the parking guy run in to a wall. They... I both a car but the parking guy run in to a wall. They still have my new car. They are fixing it. But it has be 6 days. Can't get anyone to call us back. AND WHEN IS MY NEW CAR GOING TO BE READY. They gave me a rental. It has been 6 days. They need to do more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The purchase process was very easy. Everything went... The purchase process was very easy. Everything went well. Afterward, they informed me that the vehicle has a recall issue and needed to be brought back. Steve informed us that he would schedule an appointment for us on Friday and let us know the time. I didn't hear back so I texted Gorge who was the original contact for an update on the appointment and silence. No response received and now it is two days later. I guess we will have to follow up.

I wasn’t impressed at all how they handle the deal It was... I wasn’t impressed at all how they handle the deal It was about them not how they can make a great deal for Me I have a 802 credit score and didn’t get a good deal, I won’t work with this dealership again if it wasn’t for my son that had no more patients and wanted to close the deal because he was tired of waiting I would have walked out. Just don't seem to have their sales team together. Make... Just don't seem to have their sales team together. Make web deals and then don't have the vehicles ready. Treat their customers like untrustworthy scammers. Paid cash and they demanded to run my credit instead of verifying a cashiers check.

Shopping for a used car I went to the dealership to look at and purchase a used Hyundai Santa Fe that was being advertised. Upon arrival I was never greeted by anyone, I had to find someone to speak to. Once I did get to speak to someone, they had to call the sales manager who did promptly come. Edmond was very friendly and I felt that we would get along fine. He then handed me off to someone who handled online sales who handed me off again to another young lady who also did the online sales. She went to pull the car out so ... read more

There was zero negotiation discounts available, and... There was zero negotiation discounts available, and typically the cars we have purchased always come with a full tank of gas. Considering, the online work is done by the new purchaser, there really isn't much work a sales associate has to do anymore. I understand the perks of online purchases, but customer service and negotiation could improve to at least make the buyer feel like they're walking out with a deal.

Horrible Customer Service I had a horrible experience here today. I dealt with mike lara and he was very unprofessional he did not answe the phone at all when inquiring about my car dont deal with this dealership or Mike Lara. I also paid for an alignment but car feels like they didnt do one.
