Disappointed about this dealer This dealer was really rude by saying that I was wasting their time because I did not buy a new car. But they saw my children saying they wanted to go home. Did the bare minimum, didn't complete service I brought my vehicle in for several fault codes that were triggered. They were determined to be just problems with one sensor. The service writer told me the sensor was cleaned and it was all ready for pick-up. I picked the car up and immediately upon driving it off the lot, the same error codes all came back no. This was the second time in a row where I received... This was the second time in a row where I received substandard service. The person taking possession of the car promises to have your car ready at a certain time but has not delivered. This has caused us to scramble to rearrange our schedule. Seems like they don’t have enough staff on hand to deliver on their promises.
Seemed tome to be jerked around for 3 weeks Took my truck in because it filled with water on the drivers side when it rained. Told it would take about 5 days, no problem understand disassemble search, repair, reassemble etc. I get that. Sad it's our third car purchased there and we won't be going back.
Disappointed Brought vehicle in for check engine light. Dealer said since I had no appointment they wouldn't be able to look at it for 2 or 3 days. Shame on me for not predicting when the check engine light would come on so I could make an appointment. Considering this vehicle was purchased at MK Smith, and I've brought our Cruze in many times for maintenance I think it would have been reasonable for them to at least determine the codes involved so it could be determined whether there was risk driving the car. Please DO NOT GO HERE!! They keep your car for hours and... Please DO NOT GO HERE!! They keep your car for hours and hours, they don’t communicate with you at all! It took them 5 hours just to tell me what was wrong with my car, a simple coolant leak diagnosis shouldn’t take 5 hours. Then they charged me $150 just to tell me what was wrong with it. That’s not including work done! Ridiculous! I will never return here again!!
don’t recommend this dealership They are quick to sell you a car but they are not great at helping their client out. Bought a car there and never returning nor recommending family here. Regret the car we bought but now we can’t return due to “no return” signed contract that you have to sign. Don’t buy here. I would have returned the car a long time ago.
