We Loved Kokomo! Everything was pretty great. If you don't like walking stairs, this may not be the place for you, there is no elevator. But only 3 floors, walking up and down isn't that bad. Hi Robin, Thank you so much for the perfect 10/10 review and for choosing to stay with us for the second year in a row! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that you loved the newly remodeled bathrooms and noticed the hard work our staff puts into keeping the property and the pool sparkling clean every morning. It was a true pleasure having you back, and we already look forward to welcoming you for your third visit next year!

Nice stay. The parking wasn't the greatest, the lot is small. The pool closes early and as we were only there one night we missed the 8pm timeframe and were unable to use the pool. I wish the hours were to dusk like other hotels in the area because we stay out late. The balcony door looking out over the pool didn't latch properly so because of that our room didn't get very cool inside. It was sort of muggy in there. The staff was wonderful, the room was very clean and the bathroom was updated. Close to the beach.
Business response:
Dear Jennifer, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We are thrilled to hear that our staff was wonderful, your room was very clean, and that you enjoyed the updated bathroom and our close proximity to the beach. We also appreciate your honest comments regarding the parking lot and our pool hours. We note your feedback about the 8:00 PM closing time as we always want to balance pool enjoyment with maintaining a quiet, restful environment for all of our guests in the evening. Thank you again for choosi... read more
