Loved our stay and will definitely book again Loved everything! Property was very clean! The staff is very pleasant and attentive! Radau (I think is the spelling) the manager, was wonderful!
Pleasant Unfortunately, our TV did not work the whole week. We were there when we first arrived. We didn't have any wash rags or hand towels, no dish towels, only one little trash can. I do like you have a full kitchen and pants. Location is good as well. It's close to a lot of things.
Business response:
Dear Guest, Thank you for your review! We're glad you enjoyed the convenient location and the full kitchen. We sincerely apologize for the non-working TV, missing towels, and lack of trash cans. We have addressed these issues with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure they are corrected immediately. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better stay in the future. Warm regards, The Management Team Kokomo Suites
