Very Good Love the location and loved the updated bathroom!
Very Good The parking was unbelievable. If you left the facility and came back you were lucky if you had a place to park. The parking overflow was not big enough and the last parking spot that was available in the overflow had a big branch hanging down. Also the water pressure in the shower was very poor. Barely any pressure when taking a shower. Other than that I would give Kokomo Suites a 5 star if there was not parking issues or low water pressure
Traveled to the beach for the weekend with my family, enjoyed the ocean and great restaurants. The beds weren’t very comfy .. could feel ever spring. And the ac did not get very cool The pool was right outside out door
Comfortable The air conditioner did keep the room cool, needed a fan to boost through the whole room. The pool was huge. Enough space in the room so we weren’t on top of each other

For the value a good spot to stay, great location. The property can use some upgrades. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Also there when you needed them.
