When test driving it was noticed the window wouldn't return back up as a bracket was broken. They agreed to fix and deliver next day to us in Virginia, although they seemed a little hesitant at first to want to deliver which we thought was a completely reasonable request to do this considering the circumstances. Active Duty Army here. Was in 2 months communication with a salesman prior from this dealership. Stationed in New Jersey and drove down 160 miles to see about a car here. I LOVE Infiniti and have owned 2. I bought a G35x and bought my previous G37X that I was trading into HERE at JBA. Went to see a used car there. The sales manager treated me like he is the king and I have the honor of buying from them. Did not offer me an extra chair while my wife was sitting and I was standing. Their price was over the value and I came out to consult with my family in private , an hour later when I called, they said that the car is sold , they did not honor my under negotiation situation. I visited this dealership looking specifically at a vehicle they had on their lot. I would not recommend them as they were not very eager to win your business. Harley answered my inquiry and wasn't very through in answering my questions. Then when I asked if they could do better on pricing I never heard back. Went to purchase 2 cars that have been sitting on the lot for over 100 days a piece. Ricky would not budge on the price of the car no matter what and insisted that my car i was trading in was worth 15000 when the exact same car is currently sitting on their lot for 25000. I had researched the car and lease price I was looking for very well and was told that the dealership can match what any other dealership can. After being told later on that the lowest price cannot be matched, I was given price and term options. The salesperson was excellent in all factors. I did have a feeling of being belittled by one of the persons on the front desk. I dropped a paper off for Mr. Carr and the indivual read it and determined it was not important and I had to insist that he give the information to Mr. Carr. My wife and I were negotiating on the purchase of a QX56 on 2/19/2011. While spending a few hours waiting on the salesman and sales manager going back and forth, we were told they are selling the model we were negotiating for to another buyer who had just walked in because they were going to get full retail value. Sales person wasn't interested in me at all. After 1-2 minutes test drive on some streets around dealership (not even close to highway) when i asked if we can go drive on rt. 29 he said 'go back to dealership, management doesn't want to put miles on new cars'. unbelievable test drive experience. will never go back. i really liked how BMW dealership treated me over this infiniti, and going there to buy a BMW coupe.
