My experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a 2-year-old Toyota SUV with 62,555 miles from them. During the test drive, I noticed a whining noise coming from the transmission, which I reported to the salesperson Charles. He dismissed my concerns, assuring me that their dealership wouldn’t sell any car with issues, and that their service team had thoroughly checked and cleared it. I would like to start this review by saying that I have been a devoted Infiniti owner for over 20 years. However, the absolutely terrible experience I just had with JBA Infiniti has caused me to completely loose faith in this company. "BAIT AND SWITCH. AVOID THESE CRIMINALS" BAIT AND SWITCH. AVOID THESE CRIMINALS. They falsely advertised a vehicle on their website and on the sticker at the shop and tried to sell it citing safety features that did not exist. We insisted upon seeing said features - mind you we would have bought the vehicle assuming it had these features and they were not correcting their error. I did not buy my car from here but I have started having it serviced here and Lani is very friendly, listen ti your needs and make sure your vehicle is serviced correctly.
JR really cares about his customers and goes out of his way to provide superior service. The whole dealership has a "happy to help you" attitude. We get far better service from JR than we do from a nearby Mercedes dealership.
