During my car search, this dealer offered the best price in the VA-DC-MD area. Reasons for the "4" ratings: - Didn't return phone calls that promptly and I had to call back multiple times. - Had to start walking out of the dealership before they dropped some silly fees. - Made some promises that ended up not working out. Even though these negative aspects were annoying, the car was worth it and my overall experience with the dealer was good.
