"New car purchase." I went in looking for information on the New Chevy Traverse. I was impressed by the salesman's knowledge base of the product. I decided to purchase the Traverse and the finance team worked diligently with me to find the right vehicle for the price that I could afford. I never felt pressured. Overall it was a really painless car buying experience.
"New car purchase" I was looking for a new Cruze. I had texted with Sarah, who was very helpful, earlier in the day. My salesman was Manny- very nice, accommodating, no high pressure tactics. He spent a lot of time helping me get things set up in the new vehicle and giving me an extensive tour of all the features. "New Traverse purchase." I did research on line for a new Traverse and received an email from Sarah. I wrote to her and told her what I was looking for. I went to JBA and she introduced me to Lamont. He was very helpful and looked out for us in making our decision in purchasing the new vehicle. We wanted a car with the tow package. They sold us one without one. "All went even better than expected" They found the source of a noise and were able to cover it under warranty and provide me with a loaner car while it was being repaired! The cost for the transmission fluid replacement was also competitive.
