The experience was good, I liked the no games approach. Jason was knowledgeable about the Equinox EV and could answer any questions.

This was my first appointment and everything went smoothly except for the loss of power due to an accident nearby, which had nothing to do with the dealership. Everyone was very courteous, friendly and professional. I plan on having future services for my Equinox at JBA.
