I was updated with what was going regularly. It was nice to be aware of what and how the problem with my vehicle was going to be implemented to fix. The service advisor was exceptional. Very reassuring to have someone who truly cared about keeping me in the loop. My auto has been fixed.

Already did this survey and submitted a week ago. Very happy with J.B.A. CHEVROLET. Jason Schaffer and Charles Fessenden were very helpful. Jason did an excellent job and is very helpful salesman, taught me how to use all the electronics in the Colorado. Showed me everywhere in the dealership, service and parts department. Really liked my buying experience there, best and quickest time ever for me. Jason is a great person too.
