JBA has had our business for many years. We have been especially impressed with the Service Department -- always professional and efficient -- especially Moses who has worked on our car in the recent past. Decided it was time to replace our 2013 Malibu -- John in Sales helped us negotiate a deal. My only complaint would be that we were offered $250 for the 2013 Malibu by management and opted out of that offer.
