"Fast friendly service" From the time I arrived at the dealership I was greeted outside and walked in and directed to Sarah the person I requested to speak with. I was then turned over to my Sales Rep John Hill. He was very efficient and confident in his work. Mr. Hill was able to provide me with everything he promised and more in a very short time frame. I have recommended Mr. Hill to several friends and family and definitely will return to the location when I’m in the market of buying again.
"Fantastic - as always" Service was fantastic. The staff is always courteous (don't know how they do it, because some customers are very rude) friendly and are accommodating. I showed up early and they took me right in with no issues. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and will continue to do so. Thank you JBA service department.

My Service Rep, Helen ensures that I am taken care of expeditiously and back on the road as quickly as possible. during my most recent visit, they informed me of a recall I had not yet been notified about and took care of it during the service visit. This added no time to the service and saved me an extra trip; they went above and beyond.
"very thorough. and explained everything to me...." dave spriggs is highly qualified and his demeaner was not pushy, we really enjoyed working with him,,dave was friendly and knowledgable. My husband is 86 and hard of hearing and dave worked with him and had the patience of JOB, because sometimes my husband does not understand right away because of his hearing problem. I thank dave for his understand and patience.
