"great salesman" `John Ristaino went out of his way to make this deal work it was a pleasure dealing with him and the finance department, would have no problems highly recommending John and the whole sales team at JBA.
"Great experience " One thing I have to honestly admit the times that I have brought my car for service I have no complaints, which includes calling and setting an appointment, great reception upon arrival and great communication other staff including the finance dept. Great guys.
"Excellent Customer Service " Every time I visit J.B.A Chevrolet I get service. This time I did not have an appointment for an oil change and as promised I was able to get my oil changed in less than an hour. Kudos to the Staff.
"Excellent job done by salesman" I had an excellent experience working with John Ristaino on leasing a vehicle. He was patient and friendly and not aggresive at all. I test drove multiple vehicles before making my decision. He answered all my questions and even brought the vehicle to my house so my wife could see if it would work for her size, It was overall an excellent experience. Would highly recommend.
"Great Place to Buy" i started my shopping online so when i got to the dealership i knew what i wanted. i got there early before they opened so i could look around at my pace and see what was there . i found two that i liked ( 2018 Malibu's ) went into the office and was paired up with John Ristaino , i told him my limit and showed him my picks, one was over my limit the other wasn't. went for a test ride came back did the paperwork and in a little while it was mine. everyone there was friendly and helpful. which made it an ... read more
"Excellent servise" Completed in time frame as told. Excellent communication and service. Service manager was very helpful when I came in to set up appointment. When I showed up for appointment one week later, he remember my name.
"Wonderful JBA Experience" First time visiting. Customer service is outstanding. Salesman Mike Friend is knowledgeable and easy to understand. He was straight forward and made you want to buy a vehicle. He did not try to talk you into a vehicle that you didn't come to buy. He did exactly what he said he would do which was to get the best possible deal. I will recommended JBA and Mike as well to others in the market. The Finance person, Chrissy, is easy to understand. Clear and concise. Nice experience.
"Great Experience all around " We were looking for a suburban at the salesman Jay was a great through everything on the truck and Diane in the finance was awesome
"Very Good!" JBA Chevrolet is a big dealership which means they will probably have the vehicle you want. My salesman was helpful in many ways and wasn't overly aggressive. It was a good experience.
