They definitely cater to the millennial texting crowd. I guess you do what you need to do to appeal to the latest trends. They have adapted service relationships well to the new technology. Trouble is older customers still like to see the shop and talk to the techs and service people. I wasn't sure what I wanted checked (transmission shifting) was actually addressed since there was no indication of any testing or troubleshooting on the RO.
