John was great fitting me in even though the schedule was busy.
No pressure is what I liked about my visit. Micheal Kerins and I just clicked. He talked to me like I was an old friend. And that made me very comfortable. He answered all my concerns, and made sure I felt comfortable at JBA. In all I would highly recommend JBA to all my family and friends. I am not good with names but the young lady in financing was awesome. She walk me through my options and I never once felt obligated to buy any extras. Pleasant car buying experience. Highly recommend Charles Fessenden as a salesman; intelligent and very honest. Negotiation was a bit of an issue, but was not a big deal.
Fixed all problems upon inspections and was ready when they said it would be. The military discount was nice also.
