My whole experience was great: the initial telephone contact was efficient, and coordination with a live salesman was easy, with the car ready to be shown when I arrived. Randy was exceptionally pleasant to work with. The "document signing platform" was a hoot, it was worth the price of admission! When I needed help with the charger, Dennis was terrific.
