It was a recall on my new car and initially I was supposed to drop off the vehicle and catch the shuttle to work. The dealership ran out of the parts and placed me in a loaner so that I would not have to come back and drop the car off again. Fast and friendly service it what I experienced and I was pleasantly surprised for it was across the board with each employee that I had interaction with.
