Fair and reasonable negotiating process. Was very clear on the offer form what was included in the price and what was not (I e. No dealer adds). Truck and paperwork was ready when I showed up.

Riley was on point. Answered all our questions. Enjoyed working with him. He was very pleasant and explained all the functions to my wife about the trailblazer. He was in no rush and made sure the vehicle was clean, full of fuel and ready to go. A piece came off the rear bumper and had that ordered and repaired the same week. Exceptional service and no pressure. Will work with Riley again if in the market for a new vehicle.

JBA has a Great Customer Service. Besides purchasing our vehicles from JBA we also take them there for any needed servicing and look to John Knoerlein for any assistance who is always very helpful. Never have any issues at JBA.....
