Outstanding customer service. Shawn was courtesy and professional in each interaction. I never felt pressured and enjoyed the experience.
The salesman was knowledgeable (there's a lot I didn't know about the technology) and was interested in helping me. I was confident making such a large purchase because I felt comfortable, not pressured. I recommend Tim Bentley @ JBA for anyone in the market to buy a new vehicle.
Experience was great, service was on time and very curtious. This was my first time at the JBA service center in Glen Burnie as I had just recently purchased a truck from them late summer/early fall. Steve was awesome. As soon as we arrived he introduced himself asked us what we were looking for and proceeded to help us find exactly what we were looking for. He wasn't pushy and over bearing. He was patient and I got exactly what I wanted in the price range I was looking for. Best car buying experience I have ever had.
Great experience. Shawn (our Product Specialist) was knowledgeable and courteous during the entire transaction. He kept in contact without being overbearing and gave us plenty of time to consider our options. This is the 4th vehicle I've purchased from JBA in 12 years and it gets easier with each purchase. I got the vehicle I wanted at my price which will keep me coming back.
