My experience with JBA was great. My salesman Mr. Dawson went up and beyond the call of duty to get me in a vehicle. He remembered the bad experience I had with Carmax and promised me that it would not be the same situation with him and JBA. He definitely kept his word.He was respectful of my time. Had everything laid out and ready prior to me arriving at the dealership. He even helped me get my vehicle home. If I ever have to buy another vehicle i will be coming back to him. Jonathan was OUTSTANDING! Hey didn’t give up and found the exact perfect vehicle for me. I had come to the end of my 3 year lease with an incredible Chevy Blazer. At a loss after the last 6-8 months search for a new car, he asked the right questions and had exactly what I needed.. since I had to turn in my lease, Jonathan took care of everything for me.
