Walter was awesome but the vehicle we wanted wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival so we had a little bit of a wait before we could get our vehicle. Feel like that probably should’ve been taken care of before it was put up on the website. But overall a good experience

I have been going to JBA since I bought my 1st car. They explain everything to me and tell me a quote. Sometimes it is less than orginially stated so that's always a nice surprise. The service people are friendly and willing to answe any questions I have.

A friend recommended them, when I called they were helpful and kind over the phone. They also recommended more than my insurance quote, so I know they took the time to really check my car. I never once had to call to check on the status because they kept me updated the whole time. I would definitely recommend using them.
