Ive always have no problem with the Service Department,I have used Gerry in the service center to have my problems delt with in a professional manner..He explains anything to me in a professional manner,then I have a loaner vehicle set up for me to not have issues if my vehicle needs to stay for a part to be ordered.

Customer care and service was absolutely outstanding. My 2005 2500 durmax finally died after 400,000 miles. They made it extremely easy, so easy I didn’t even take it for a test drive.
