as soon as you walk in, there is someone there to greet you and ask what they can do for you. the person behind the counter treats you with respect and concern.
Very thorough in explaining the diagnosis of my vehicle. The wait time was very minimal. Very honest with the things that needed my attention the most.

Great customer service and a relaxing waiting room. They also have a very convenient shuttle that can take you for a lunch or a cup of coffee while you wait. As well as loaner cars for repairs that take longer. Fantastic customer service as always!
