We love our new truck... We knew exactly what we wanted when we walked in the door. We had gotten pre-approved on the website the night before for twice the value of the truck but when we arrived at the dealership the day of, we were told we had to go through the entire process again for a reason our salesmen couldn't explain. Simple oil change & rotation became $$$$ repair I have been coming to this dealership to get my oil change and tires rotated as they had a good package special on oil changes. I took my car into the facility today expecting to purchase another round of oil changes, and pay the normal price to have my tires rotated as they were over due (7,139 since last rotation).
