He is one of those types of guys that knows he can help you and is very patient in the explanation of features and benefits. He is very responsive to your needs. They have been wonderful to work with. The technical team is supportive and quick to respond tailoring my website to suit me. Steve Cox personally cares about his customers and has never been pushy acknowledging that the customer knows what is best for their business and he knows what tools to enhance the business.
