I would say Ethan’s excellent communication and service skills have been the number one reason I have come back to Findlay. He’s easy to talk to, and he doesn’t over push unnecessary services. Payam, Aaron and all the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. It seemed to me that there was way to much paperwork and the whole process took hours. I was totally wiped out by the time we left.
