The recent experience at the dealership was okay. Not completely satisfied with the service. There was a software update for the audio system. That software update did not work. I still have the same issue , of the audio system not wanting to boot up right away. This is very frustrating, for a 30k vehicle that is only 2 years old. My next car will probably not be a Toyota. Phill Crabtree was a nice fellow, my problem was not with him personally. My issue is the Toyota factory radio is awful.

Came in for a Green Service and left with a new Torque Mount and a new CV boot. Unfortunately these things are going to break down. It’s a 2013 Venza. I love this SUV and I really haven’t had any issues with this vehicle.
15+ years I've been coming to Findlay, and the service is always top notch. I don't have to worry about seeing the same Service Dept. Rep, as there has been a consistency with communication, recommendations, and support.
