I had an excellent experience with my service advisor at Findlay Toyota Aimee McDermott. She was extremely professional, understood exactly what I needed, and took care of everything promptly and with great attention to detail. It’s rare to find someone who makes the entire process smooth and stress-free, but she truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend her.
I have went to many dealerships over the years but I truly believe Findlay Toyota is the best. Will is a great service advisor and the service is always friendly and the prices are fair. I would recommend Then to anyone. Both of my daughters also us Will as a service advisor and get great service.
Xavier is great. Not sure I know who Tyler is, but all of the young people who checked me in when I drove up were friendly and attentive.

I was so busy on my phone that I didn't notice the message they sent me. I expect that they will approach me to notify me that my car service has been completed. I only noticed the second message they texted me, stating that my car service was done. After signing the documents, I didn't know that my car was already parked in front, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. I waited for another 30 minutes.
