Excellent service and communication. Everyone was on top of the issues on my car and let me know the status of the work as it progressed.
My service advisor was knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and had my vehicle ready when he said that he would. This is my 2nd 4Runner. I really really love my vehicle.
Tommy is amazing at what he does, so efficient and thorough in his executions. He did not leave out any details & made sure I was happy!

Kyle Rogers was Excelsior! “Upward and onward to greater glory” hope he gets to see this. Kyle went above and beyond. His service was a cut above the norm. My only complaint is against the sales department. My car, according to signs around the dealership is in high demand, even more so because it has less than 22k miles, and perfect maintenance care. Took my new car in for its first service. Fernando was super helpful in getting my car in and taught me how to use a couple features that I hadn’t been able to figure out yet.
