Jordon is an excellent tech and receptive to my needs. He answers questions in a timely manner and is respectful. I came in the week prior to fulfill a TSB that was expected to be incoming, the car showing a pending and permanent DTC but after 4 hours was told I had to wait until the CEL actually showed and not just in an OBD2 reader. I understand that the metric of fulfilling a TSB is adverse but not fulfilling a TSB when one was expected and shows a CEL imminent in the system after the car has been held for 4 hours only fr... read more
