Staff are always helpful and friendly. Fernando Luna did great on keeping me updated on how much more time the service dept. will need to finish the job.

Ethan and the maintenance supervisor,(I can’t remember his name) were great. We experienced a few problems, but all were addressed in minimal time. Problems were identified, addressed and explained thoroughly to me. Appreciate the effort and the positive customer service.

Advisors are professional and personable. However, work still not done after several visits. Fuel door repair and rear wiper replacement not done. Disappointed with windshield replacement as windshield glass is defective. Kudos to glass department for replacing the first windshield that was more severely defective. Toyota should not be manufacturing defective glass and the fact that two separate windshield have the same defect points to manufacturing problem. Perhaps I should’ve used OEA glass instead.
