I am very satisfied with the repair service; they did a good job to repair the issues. Mr. Sepulveda had limited interaction with me, and I had to take the initiative to text him twice about the service status. Maybe he was very busy. Based on my past experience with your staff who took care of the repairing, they would call me and provide me with the information. Please send my appreciation to the mechanic for the good job.
Outstanding Customer service! I called Tanya about getting my windshield replaced I informed her that a large rock hit my windshield & that I had spoken to the competition about pricing.Tanya explained everything in detail about, Materials, calibration, and Findlay uses OEM parts. Great service, took way too long over 6 hrs for an oil change, and they forgot to top off my break fluid. But Thomas was great friendly and answered all questions. Did a great job.
I feel overall it is still a good service department but also has slightly regressed from previous years I have been going there.
