Friendly service representative used a new automated procedure to intake me at my car, not needing to use his work station. Services on my car were completed ahead of schedule. The service representative handled payment, eliminating standing in line at the cashier. Overall a great service experience!

His patience, expertise, thought process, deduction of circumstances and exact timetables are a credit to Findlay Toyota.
