Kevin was great. It took much longer than expected but the lounge area is comfy and enough snacks to keep me occupied. Although I was getting restless. I just wish that the service techs wouldn't mess with some of my settings, like lights, radio, different modes, parking break, mirror etc.
Toyota makes it so convenient to take care of your car! Matt was great! He communicated promptly & my car was serviced with care & consideration for our time. This visit was the smoothest ever! Great job Toyota team! We use the valet service, which is invaluable to us so we can keep working at home!
Good service however normally takes two hours and took four instead. As a whole service is always consistent.
Jordan was very tuned in to what I needed doing and also that he gave me a heads up that they were extremely busy and possibly could take up to 2 hours- I really appreciated him letting me know that as I had thought it would be a short visit
