Actually 4. 5 stars. No complaints about the quality of service, friendliness of staff and timeliness of service. Seems to be quite a turnover of service advisor staff (and a recent software system change that seemed to be a challenge pulling up the history of the vehicle purchased at this dealership and service solely by them for the past 18 years).
