Only 5 star because I finally got a great service rep (Makaila) after 2-1/2 years
Friendly, courteous, positive and very helpful with all of my questions! Finished the service fast and efficiently and under the time he predicted! He was even able to find us quickly (in the huge dealership) and let us know the car was ready to go! He was also reassuring that my car is safe and good to go! Fast, friendly and fantastic, would highly recommend!!

Very easy to get an appointment and the time you requested it. Came in for a oil change but was told it was not due but had a few other items that needed to be addressed. Was able to get that done in short time.
