Good work done here, but price is getting out of control. I never have any problems with the staff, they do a great job. But getting up close to $1000 for routine maintenance isn't going to work for most of us, and some rethinking about the price points in a failing economy is going to have to take place if you don't want to lose business to outside.
Bought a GR Corolla with Tommy. He talked me and my mom through every question and concern we had. He made the whole process as seamless as possible and went above and beyond the whole way through. On the test drive I literally got an hour long lesson on how to drive stick. I went in thinking I’d have to tow the car to my driveway and pay for a $500 dollar lesson at some other place at some point but in that hour he taught me well enough I was able to drive the car 10 miles back home. Jordan was great to work with. I don't normally care who I get assigned to because all of the advisors have been pretty good but Jordan was just so pleasant to work with. He explained everything very well and I learned a couple of things. I will ask for him again in the future. We bought our RAV4 at Findlay 5 years ago and we've only gone there for service. I've been taking my Toyota to Findlay service dept. since I moved to Vegas in 2018. They have always taken very good care if my car and I appreciate them very much.
Fast and friendly service! Nice and large waiting area with complimentary coffee products. Will definitely be back again for any future maintenance work
The service was excellent from start to finish, very engaging, kept me updated during the wait, and clearly explained my options. I felt recognized and understood.
Very helpful at getting windshield replaced. Got immediate approval from insurance and had a brand new window in within 90 minutes. Made the whole process easy. Then had car serviced for 30,000 miles. Trevor coordinated that and had me out in time for my next appointment. I drive 30 miles to Findlay Toyota because of the good service department. Just wish you were on the west side of the valley.
