To whom this may concern, I live 1 mile to a Centennial, Las Vegas Toyota dealership, but we prefer to drive 45 minutes to get to Findlay Toyota - where we purchased two new vehicles - because the customer service the dealer has is excellent. The service was excellent. My salesman Hugo was awesome. He was knowledgeable about Toyota products and answered all my questions thoroughly. He was not pushy and was understanding when I told him I was going to a few other dealerships to weigh all my options. Nonetheless, I went back to him to purchase my car and had the best car shopping experience yet. 10 out of 10 recommend. 😁

Issues with my vehicle was not resolved and mechanic could not find source for leak.

Kyle was so great. I get nervous every time I bring my car in and he made me feel comfortable. He explained everything that I felt comfortable doing all the services. Because of him I will be back.
