Jordan was very tuned in to what I needed doing and also that he gave me a heads up that they were extremely busy and possibly could take up to 2 hours- I really appreciated him letting me know that as I had thought it would be a short visit

Service was good. My only issue was a request for a quote on a spare car key, which came back at almost $477! For a car key. Talk about a breathtakingly, inappropriately bloated cast for a simple car key! I won’t be buying that or any other parts/accessories from Findley Toyota from here on out!
