Salesperson was helpful and attentive. Yet my new registration done by Findlay is still in limbo 13 days after l paid for this service. I have not heard a single word on its status and my temporary registration expires in a week and a half. I would appreciate an update. Thank you.
Treated like a human. Beatrix was amazing. Understood my needs and found the deal that worked for me and my budget. No pressure and honestly the smoothest vehicle buying experience I’ve ever been part of. Beatrix was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and above all felt like she cared. I’m sending everyone her way.
Staff was very accommodating and courteous. Waiting area's very comfortable plus i loved the complimentary coffee! Also, Linh Pham was great!
