It was very easy to schedule and get in for my 10000 mile service. My only negative was the service agent told me 1 hour and after 1 hour and 35 minutes and I had to check on my vehicle. He never checked on my vehicle until I asked about the delay and he never communicated with me.

The service was superb, the customer service was excellent, the staff in the Financial department was kind, friendly and knowledgeable with the customer service they provided was exceptional
Friendly staff. Lots of chairs and table for me to do work while I wait for my car. Appreciate the free beverages they offer while you wait. Like the vending machines with a lot of options.
