I brought my 2016 Toyota Prius in to Findlay Toyota in Henderson for routine maintenance service. My service experience was good; no issues, other than there being lines of 3 or 4 cars waiting at each of the entry bays for their service department. However, within about 2 minutes following my arrival, several of their service staff members fanned out across all the bays to expedite checking in all the waiting drivers. I have been getting my maintenance done here since 2004. I receive great customer service every time I come, Chelsea is the best.
Tablet is a bad idea. It takes away from the customer service experience. Get rid of the tablets.
