This wasn’t your usual buying a new car experience. Had an ongoing problem with my 2024 RAV4 and the staff at the dealership took care of the issue and got me sorted into a.2025 RAV4. A big thanks to the whole team at Findlay Toyota for everything!

Mostly great service and friendly front staff. Late model rentals available at affordable rates. So far I haven't had any issues with any of the maintenance performed on our vehicle.
Even though we had some mishaps. In the end the dealership was helpful and def helped with getting me what I needed

We have bought all our vehicles from Findlay Toyota. Always treated with respect and your service is awesome. We feel like we are part of your family.
The dealership is comfortable and relaxing. I just wish that the sales people were more interested in making sure that the customer has the opportunity to look over the vehicle and feel comfortable in their purchase, i.e. able to afford it comfortably. Instead of only thinking of their commission and how fast they can get the deal done. It's pretty bad that I don't seem to be able to get an owners manual for my 2020 Tacoma from a Toyota dealership.
The vehicle I wanted at first was almost close to closing it out and then they came back and told me they couldn’t it sell it to me because there was a recall. So from an 800 monthly payment it almost doubled but I ended up with a newer vehicle Imstead. I also didn’t get a driver side floor mat. The other mats were there. I asked the salesman if I could get a mat for my driver side and told me yes he can. I had my truck for 4 months and nothing has ever came about it.
