Was sent to Jeep dealership for repairs. I was sold extended warranty when I purchased the vehicle. Brought it in for knocking in engine and oil leak. Dealership who did repair told me that the part that was leaking should have been covered and was denied by Findlay Toyota. The knocking was covered and repaired.

I went to Findlay Toyota of Henderson after a terrible experience with Centennial Toyota. John Gartrell was the best and most helpful sales person that you could ask for! I will never buy a car from anyone else. Findlay Toyota is the best dealership I have ever been to, they will truly do anything to sell you a car!
I drive by every Toyota store in Las Vegas to have Findlay Toyota service my vehicle. It’s never a great experience to have to fork over cash for service or repairs but I have no regrets with them. I use my vehicle on and offroad and I only trust them to maintain it. 10/10…every time!

I like the ease of checking in. There was some confusion of what service I wanted. I felt Richard was more into selling me service than understanding what I want. However, he was nice, patient, and eventually we got what needed to be done. I like the web based system where I could accept or decline what services needed to be done.
