Ethan Plott was exceptional in my recent service on January 2nd. He texted me at 6:40 am to let me know they were going to start looking at my Venza. He texted and called me personally during the day to keep me updated. At the end of the day, he made me very happy with the outcome of my service.

Great! Although the issues we had have yet to be resolved..... we really had a good experience at Findley Toyota! Mikaila was very helpful and followed through with everything just as she said she would! And believe me that was so refreshing in this crazy time in which we are living.
